No. The designated booking deposit/retainer is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the signed agreement. It secures the scheduled date, time, creative availability and associated booking commitments.

Paying in full does not make the designated booking retainer refundable. Only the amount paid above the retainer may be eligible for refund when a qualifying cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are outside the refund window, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement.

Once payment has been made in full and all contracted services and deliverables have been completed and provided, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the signed agreement. Editing concerns should first be handled through the applicable revision process.

The standard remaining balance is due the day before the shoot. Approved alternatives may allow payment before services begin on shoot day using Tap to Pay or exact cash. Services do not begin until the required balance is satisfied or approved cash has been recorded.

When approved, yes. Exact cash is required because the team is not responsible for carrying change. A cash payment should be recorded and receipted before services begin.

Up to three revision rounds within the originally agreed scope when applicable. A new concept, new location, reshoot, additional footage or other new production is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.

Yes. You may request a specific available creative, request two creatives for additional coverage, or ask CBehindTheLens to match your project with the best fit.

Not automatically. Deliverables are limited to what is listed in your service agreement or invoice unless RAW/project files are specifically included or later approved as an add-on.

Each standard booking includes up to 1 hour and 30 minutes of production time unless a different duration is written in your quote or agreement. Additional production time is $100 per hour and must be approved and paid for.

Last-minute bookings start at $150 for up to 1 hour and are subject to creative availability and the requested project scope. Additional production time is $100 per hour.

Local or in-state travel starts at $50 and the final amount depends on the location, distance and production requirements. Out-of-state travel requires a custom quote from CBehindTheLens or the Booking Team.

Only deliverables created within the original paid booking period will be released. Deliverables, footage or content created during unpaid additional time will not be released until the applicable additional-time charges are paid, as reflected in the website policy and signed agreement.

Your scheduled end time generally does not automatically extend because of client lateness. Rescheduling and cancellation requests are handled under the timing and availability rules in your signed agreement.

CBehindTheLens creatives may stop or leave a production if conditions become threatening, abusive, violent, reckless or otherwise unsafe. Client/guest responsibility for equipment damage and conduct is addressed in the signed agreement.

Yes. Tips are optional. Clients may tip online through the Tip Your Creative page or directly in cash. CBehindTheLens intends 100% of the client-designated tip to be credited to the creative, subject to any legally required tax/reporting treatment.
